REVILLA SANCHEZ, Jesus Oct. 18, 2021 by video conference Dr. Geoffrey Bond Mr. Revilla Sanchez, 35, died in hospital on December 5, 1996, from injuries sustained while working at a construction site in Perth.
PICANCO, Michael Oct. 25, 2021 by video conference Dr. David Eden Mr. Picanco, 35, died on July 25, 2014, while working at a construction site in Toronto.
BROWN, Samuel Nov. 15, 2021 by video conference Dr. David Cameron Mr. Brown, 18, died in hospital on February 9, 2018, after being transferred from the W. Ross MacDonald School in Brantford.
MOFFATT, Aaron Nov. 15, 2021 by video conference Dr. David Eden Mr. Moffatt, 32, died in hospital on February 3, 2018, after being transferred from the Sarnia Jail.
