Submission of Completed Application Forms

• Agency Location: (Non-Commercial Location) - Each agency applicant should be prepared to provide documentation from the municipality where the business will be located that indicates that the business premises or offices have direct access to the general public and are not in contravention of any municipal by-laws or zoning regulations.
• Agency Name: - Discuss the name with the Registrar before registering. Some names may not be acceptable.
