South West Detention Centre:
- October 2008 to June 2009 - Prepare construction documents, and seek public feedback
- November 2008 to March 2009 – Environmental Assessment process
- June 2010 – Award contract for construction and financial close
- Mid 2010 – Construction begins
- November 2012 – Construction completed and start of staff and inmate relocation
- End of 2013 - Windsor Jail closes
