The curriculum crosswalk is a guide for trainers who will be teaching the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services’ Private Investigator Curriculum.
The crosswalk is designed to help you align some key learning outcomes of the Curriculum with some key information and skills of the Private Investigator profession that may be tested by the ministry.
In the curriculum you will also find some detailed descriptions of tasks that students may be expected to be able to do.
See the Private Investigator Curriculum Crosswalk in table format (PDF).
You can use the curriculum crosswalk and the task descriptions to understand where in the Private Investigator Curriculum you can expect trainers to teach some key information and skills.
The crosswalk and task descriptions don’t reflect all the information and skills that will be taught in the Private Investigator Curriculum, nor do they reflect everything that may be tested by the ministry.
