As of January 30, 2012, all individual security guard and private investigator licences expire on the licensee's birthday.
If you hold a security guard, private investigator or dual licence that is valid on January 30, 2012, you will receive an extension to your first birthday after the expiry date on your current licence card. There is no fee associated with this extension.
