Subsection 27.(1) Appeal to Divisional Court
"Any party to the hearing before the Fire Safety Commission under section 26 may appeal from the decision of the Commission to the Divisional Court in accordance with the rules of court on any question that is not a question of fact alone."
This provides for parties involved in the hearing to appeal to Divisional Court.
What type of issues would have to exist for a case to go to Divisional Court?
As an example, the appellant may allege that the Commission applied the wrong section of the Act, exceeded its jurisdiction or made the wrong order in the circumstances.
