Information prescribed in O. Reg. 364/13 and in O. Reg. 365/13 shall be filed no later than the end of the month following the date on which a fire safety inspection has been completed.  Information must be filed by using the Office of the Fire Marshal and (OFM) “Registry of Vulnerable Occupancies” application system available at https://one.ofmem.ca/OFM.
